Dr Yanika Ciantar-Barbara graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2012 and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in the subsequent year. Yanika graduated as Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary, University of London in 2014 and has been a member of the corporate services and legal teams of Deloitte Malta since 2012. She has worked on a number of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions for national and multinational groups of companies. Her main areas of focus are corporate and commercial law, and employment law.
