Edwina Cassar Pullicino joined Deloitte in July 2019 as a member of the Financial Advisory Department after reading for a Master in Accountancy at the University of Malta. Edwina has since been involved in a number of engagements within the corporate finance and M&A sphere, having advised clients on corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, feasibility studies, capital raising, listing of instruments on the capital markets and both buy side and sell side M&As. Edwina has also assisted with benchmarking the pre-insolvency and insolvency laws of Malta against other jurisdictions, providing input for the transposition of Directive 1023/2019 from a financial point of view.
