David Spiteri Gingell held senior positions with government, the private sector and overseas. David has been involved in pensions reform since 2004 when he had the privilege to be appointed Chair of the Pension Reform Taskforce. Currently David leads the ĠEMMA platform which is the government’s financial capability education programme
