Effective Handling of the Risk Evaluation Questionnaire (REQ) for CPSs – 11 March

The lecture will focus on the Risk Evaluation Questionnaire that subject persons are obliged to submit during the month of April 2025. The session will look into the previous REQs together with any draft REQs published by the FIAU. Attendees will gain knowledge on expectations related to specific questions in the REQ and furthermore, will be given guidance on how to prepare well for the REQ throughout the year, to ensure a swift and efficient process. The session is ideal for MLROs, Directors of Subject Persons and Compliance Officers.
