Ms Leslie Ann Baldacchino is presently a Senior Analyst within the Financial Crime Compliance Unit of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Her experience in financial services started 10 years ago when she initially joined HSBC Bank Malta Plc as a student worker. At that time, Leslie Ann was undergoing a course which led to the Diploma in Banking and Finance qualification with the Institute of Financial Services Malta. Following the achievement of her Diploma in 2009, she started working as a cashier with BNF Bank Plc. Leslie Ann joined MFSA, in 2015 and since then she got to further her knowledge and experience from a regulation point of view. Throughout the years Leslie Ann attained a Degree in Banking and Financial Services and a Masters in Business Administration qualification. Going forward she isin the process of completing the ACAMS specialised certification in AML.
