Dr Kurt Portelli is a warranted lawyer forming part of the Tax and Legal team at Deloitte Malta. His main areas of specialisation are contract law, AML/CFT legislation and EU Climate law. In his time at Deloitte, Kurt has assisted with the formulation of internal policy concerning legislative developments in the ESG space at a local and European Union level, particularly with respect to the local implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
