Seminar Description

No one denies that we are living in an ever increasing challenging and stressful environment making strong and effective leadership a modus operandi, a must, to succeed and move forward despite the various obstacles.

What one must perhaps realize more is that leadership start with us, within us.  All of us, in which ever strata of society or employment, needs to harbour a balance sense of leadership based on integrity, empathy, self-awareness confidence, decision making, and the list goes on.  These attributes increase one’s morale, self-worth and personal and group motivation that eventually helps self and his organisation to move forward in the right direction

Only by ensuring that everyone reaches his/her potential by building on the diverse skills, and knowledge in an inclusive environment can we create a positive working relationship and a positive motivating atmosphere.

During this 90-minute session we will examine and understand the importance of effective leadership in a most practical hands-on way making this session more of an experience.

Qualifies for  1.5 CPE Professional hours under the core competency area.

Course Fee

The course fee is €45.00 Non-Members €40.00 For Members. The fee covers seminar participation and access to event resources. Login details will be provided closer to the date.
