The session will focus on the AML Obligations which Accounts & Auditors are
required to follow. These includes the general obligations as described by the
PMLFTR and implementing procedures part 1, together with sector-specific
regulation as described by the Implementing Procedures Part 2 –
Accountants & Auditors. The session will focus on the practical approach that
Accountants and Auditors shall follow, including the application of CRA,
onboarding due diligence obligations, expectations of the BRA and reporting
obligations, among others.

Seminar Description

The session will focus on the AML Obligations which Accounts & Auditors are
