– Key legislation affecting employment relationships
– Employee rights and employer responsibilities
– Understanding contracts of employment
– Termination of employment: procedures and legal considerations
– Anti-discrimination laws and workplace equality
– Brief overview of Occupational Health and Safety rules
This course is ideal for HR professionals, managers, and anyone involved in the hiring and management of personnel who wishes to enhance their understanding of legal principles in the Maltese context.
